Makabert Abylons : I am positive it CAN be done without loss for anyone! Think it would make so many of us feel so much better. Last year i took out the majority of vacation days on mondays alone. For 3 months i just worked tue-fri. Such a huge different for morale and energy working 4 days and 3 day off instead of 5-2.
