This Artist’s Animal Comics Inspire People To Love Themselves (30 Pics)

Sometimes when you’re feeling down, all you need is for someone to simply hear you out. And even though it can be hard to take the first step, you should never feel discouraged to ask your loved ones for help.

To help raise mental health awareness, Jangandfox Studio created a series of adorable animal illustrations that inspire self-love and self-care. “Self-care and self-love shouldn’t be something we constantly feel guilty about,” says the creator of the comics. “I first created the comics of the little fox and furry friends on Instagram to remind and encourage myself. Little did I expect that more and more people found them uplifting and resonating.”
