The Tiny Problems And Joys Of Everyday Objects

Everyday objects speaking and mucking about – that’s the idea behind the whimsical illustrations by Tunisian illustrator Ta7rich. What would our daily items think or do, were they spontaneously animated? How does a mouse pointer feel about changing into other shapes? What are the woes of a rectal thermometer? Now we know!

Selim Zerouki started by defacing tables in school, an artistic spark that eventually led him to a fine art school in Algiers. He worked as an art director in several agencies before settling in Tunisia. “Yet, if I had to define myself I would say that I’m a perfectionist man-child in love with images,” Zerouki wrote on his website.
