Everyone’s grandpa and their dog already know what happened at the 94th Academy Awards. Will Smith’s slap drama definitely stole the show. This is likely to be one of the most infamous moments in the Oscars’ history. A clash between Will Smith and Chris Rock happened after the comedian made a joke about the actor’s wife Jada Pinkett Smith being in “G.I. Jane” because of her bald head.

When he returned to his seat, the actor shouted: “Keep my wife’s name out of your [expletive] mouth.” Chris Rock was visibly stunned by the exchange but managed to keep it professional and continued the ceremony. Although many TV viewers saw the censored version, the uncensored moment soon went viral all over the internet. The video became #1 on trending on Youtube . While some viewers genuinely believed it was all staged, many turned to memes and Twitter to voice their opinions.
