Photographer Has Been Turning His Dogs Into Different Animals Every Christmas For The Past 20 Years

England-based photographer Peter Thorpe has a unique holiday tradition that he’s been following for the past 20 years. Every year, he makes sets and props to turn his dogs into other animals that have a symbolical (biblical, cultural, or mythological) meaning for the season. This way, without using Photoshop, Thorpe creates a very special Christmas card for his friends and clients.

“ 2 dogs, 3 children and now over 20 Christmas’s later, making these cards has become something of a family tradition and a lovely record to treasure, ” writes Thorpe.

Raggle has been staring in the Christmas cards after Thorpe’s first dog Paddy passed away. However, She’s getting too old for this kind of games, so this year’s card is going to end her beautiful career.
