Nature At Its Finest: The Winning Images Of The 2025 World Nature Photography Awards
The 2025 World Nature Photography Awards have once again showcased the breathtaking beauty of our planet through the lenses of talented photographers worldwide. With entries from 48 countries, the competition highlights the diverse and awe-inspiring facets of nature.
Slovenian photographer Maruša Puhek clinched the title of World Nature Photographer of the Year with her evocative image titled “Run.” Captured in the snowy vineyards of Murščak, Slovenia, the photograph portrays two deer gracefully sprinting through the pristine landscape. Remarkably, Puhek achieved this shot using a 14-year-old camera and a wide-angle lens, emphasizing the serene environment alongside the subjects. Reflecting on her win, she expressed surprise and gratitude, stating, “I’m still in shock. This win means the world to me.”
