Illustrator Adds Cartoons To Strangers’ Instagram Photos
London-based Brazilian illustrator Lucas Levitan has created an on-going project “Photo Invasion” in which he takes photos from the interesting people he follows and invades them with his own artwork. The cartoons that he draws change the perspective of the photos completely and give them fresh storylines that will amuse you, make you laugh, and sometimes make you feel awkward as well. Nevertheless, they always catch you by surprise.
Even though the artist admits that he “steals pictures from people on Instagram” for his project, he cleans up his karma by linking to his “victims” and promoting their Instagram accounts.

This Girl Takes Mirror Selfies To The Next Level
Mirrorsme, a young Norwegian instagramer, has certainly altered our perception of mirror selfies. A new Internet starlet has been drawing funny interactive illustration with posca, acrylic and chalk markers on her bathroom mirror for over a year.
The talented illustrator started this amusing hobby by leaving funny mirror notes written and drawn with a lipstick for her roommate. One thing led to another and this nice habit became a full-speed artistic hobby.
“To get my mirror selfies to fit right, it’s kind of funny because some of them really look so weird, especially when I have ‘guests in the mirror’ we just crack up so much, then you have to take a few, ” explains the young artist. “ Normally, it takes less than 30 min to draw, but I can really get lost in the process and enjoy it. “
