Every Cat Owner Should See This Campaign To “End The Cat Nudity”
Elan Lee and Shane Small, the creators of a card game called Exploding Kittens , have recently collaborated with Matthew Inman of The Oatmeal to promote an important message – ending cat nudity. Even though it sounds hilarious, these guys are actually spreading awareness about the importance of marking your indoor pets.
The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) report, that 15 percent of pet owners have lost their pets within the last 5 years, out of which 93 percent of dogs and 74 percent of cats were found. Dr. Emily Weiss, a certified applied animal behaviorist says people are less likely to assume a lost cat is an indoor pet when compared to dogs. Even though these numbers differ from those provided by the creators of the project, it is still a large number and could be made even smaller by spreading awareness, especially about cats.

One day, this guy just kind of figured - “I spend most of my time on the internet anyway, why not turn it into a profession?” - and he did! Now he not only gets to browse the latest cat videos and fresh memes every day but also shares them with people all over the world, making sure they stay up to date with everything that’s trending on the web. Some things that always pique his interest are old technologies, literature and all sorts of odd vintage goodness. So if you find something that’s too bizarre not to share, make sure to hit him up!
