I watched them walk up and down, and they are just dragging the ropes around; they definitely are not attached to anything. So they could get seriously injured by a fall. The ropes are tangling up and becoming trip hazards. Not sure if they are just that stupid, or their management didn’t actually ensure they had a way to even secure the harnesses before sending them up.
