However, something that many westerners visiting Japan don’t know is that a lot of things there are a bit smaller than we are used to. Now, this isn’t necessarily a problem – except if you’re tall.
Turns out constantly crouching to get through doorways and always having to watch your head can get a bit tiresome – but that’s just something you have to deal with when visiting Japan. Maybe invest in a nice sturdy helmet?
