Ben Churchill is not your ordinary chef – he specializes in making creative desserts that will make you look twice before eating. This chef is a pro when it comes to confusing people – imagine ordering a dessert only to get a plate of screws or cigarette butts. But don’t worry, they are all completely edible – and absolutely delicious too!
When it comes to cooking, Ben has over 10 years of experience, although he has only been creating desserts for the past three. “I decided to learn the basics but decided to move into mimetic food, just to see what could be done,” said the chef in an interview with The Times of Youth . This gave me the bug to start teaching myself more and more.”
