25 Times People Unsuccessfully Tried To Pull Off A Geography Knowledge Flex
The world is a big, complicated place. There are 195 countries, around 167 major rivers, roughly 4 billion hectares of forests, 5 ocean basins, and countless other features that together make up our planet. Mapping all of this in detail is no easy task for anyone. And once you add cultural elements like flags, languages, and history into the mix, things get even more complex.
Even so, most of us manage to pick up the basics, but there are still people who struggle to name even the 7 continents. Yet somehow, they’re often the ones most eager to show off their nonexistent geography skills. Nobody really asked them to, but we’re secretly glad they tried. Their confident yet completely wrong attempts at flexing their geography knowledge are so wildly off the mark that you can’t help but laugh.

Shanilou has always loved reading and learning about the world we live in. While she enjoys fictional books and stories just as much, since childhood she was especially fascinated by encyclopaedias and strangely enough, self-help books. As a kid, she spent most of her time consuming as much knowledge as she could get her hands on and could always be found at the library. Now, she still enjoys finding out about all the amazing things that surround us in our day-to-day lives and is blessed to be able to write about them to share with the whole world as a profession.
